Update of "Property of HMP"

I've been working on another version of Property of HMP, a piece that I did back in 2016.

The original version was painted with a prison bag covering my face. I'm painting the new version with the prison bag torn open, signifying release.

I don't have a name as yet

I'm not quite sure on a title yet but it should be completed soon. I'll announce it via my newsletter and do another blog post.

Use of light is important in my work

I enjoy painting plastic, especially when there is something or somebody inside. I love the play on light it creates, how it affects the image inside. The use of light is an important part of my work and I am forever seeking to master it.
